Pak Air Force announced a number of vacancies for male candidates both married and unmarried having NADRA smart cards in different branches as commissioned officers. Two types of commission Permanent Commission(PC) and Short Services Commission(SSC) are announced in the advertisement. Details are given below,

Vacancies Entitled in the Advertisement

Two types of Commissions are announced;

1. Permanent Commission(PC)
2. Short Services Commission(SSC)

1.Permanent Commission

• 155 General Duty Pilot GD (P)
• 101 Aeronautical Engineering Course
• 111 Air Defence Course
• 30 Admin & Special Duties Course
• 13 Logistics Course

2.Short Services Commission(SSC)

• Education Branch (131 CSC SPSSC)
• Legal Branch (131 CSC SSC)
• Accounts Branch (131 CSC SSC)
• Information Technology (131CSC SSC)
• Admin & Special Duties Course (131 CSC SSC)
• Logistics Branch(131 CSC SSC)

Qualification Requirements:

Qualification required for both commissions are as following,

1.Permanent Commission

F.sc (Pre-Engineering/Pre-Medical/Computer Science), ‘A’ level with Physics, Math, Computer Science/ Biology, F.sc with Physics and any two subjects i.e.; Math, Statistics, Computer Science and Biology, F.sc(Pre-Engineering) with Chemistry as a subject,

2.Short Services Commission

BS/MS(MATH, Economics, Psychology, Islamiat, Accounts & Finance, Civil Engineering, IT, BSCS, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Software Project Management, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Security, Cyber Security), B.com(4 years)/ M. Com/ ACCA/ACMA/BBA(Finance 4 years)/MBA(Finance), LLB(Preference will be given to candidates having L.L.M qualification and experience of minimum 2 years practice as a legal practitioner).

Note: Each qualification must be minimum 2nd division from a reputed Pakistani/ foreign university recognized by HEC.

Eligibility Criteria:

Eligibility criteria for both commissions is as follow;

1.Permanent Commission

Unmarried male citizens of Pakistan having age 16-22 years(as on 04-11-23) with a minimum height of 5feet 4 inches/163cm can apply.

2.Short Services Commission

Married/unmarried male citizens of Pakistan having age 18-30 years with a minimum height of 5feet 4 inches/163cm can apply.
