Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training invites applications against the posts of Financial Management Associate, Monitoring and Evaluation Associate, Program Associate, Procurement Associate and Intern/Trainees in the Project Coordination Unit of a development project being implemented by the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional training, Islamabad. These vacancies are announced purely on contract basis. Details are given below,

Eligibility Criteria

• Financial Management Associate (PPS-06)

ACCA, BSc(Hons), Accounting/MBA (Finance), Masters in Accounting/Finance, or M.com, 2years relevant experience in Financial Management/Accounting Department of public or private sector of repute, Experience of working in Foreign-Aided Development Projects in a similar role will preferred.

• Monitoring and Evaluation Associate (PPS-06)

Bachelors(16 years) Degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Humanities, Data Management, Statistics or related discipline with 03 years of relevant professional experience. Advance Skills in MS office applications, Knowledge of Database management or SPSS will be considered as added advantage.

• Program Associate (PPS-06)

Bachelors(16 years) Degree in Public Policy/Administration, Business Administration, Communications, Mass Media, Project Management, Development Studies Social and Management Sciences. minimum 02 years of relevant experience.

• Procurement Associate (PPS-06)

Masters Degree in Management Sciences. minimum 02 years of relevant experience.

• Intern/Trainees

Fresh Graduates Having degree in IT/Business Administration/Public Policy/Public Administration/Humanities/Social Sciences/Finance from any HEC recognized university. Ability to handle related to Data Monitoring and Evaluation/Report writing tasks/Analytic tools/Reporting Techniques, Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Proficient in English Language.
