Punjab Safe City Authority announced two hundred vacancies titled as Police Communication Officer on contract basis with terms & conditions applicable as per PSCA Service Regulations 2017. The main duty of these officers is to receive and process requests/calls for police and emergency response via electronic means of communication. To monitor CCTV footages and arrange their display appropriately. To coordinate, decide and dispatch police and other emergency resources through software/applications and audio video communication. Act as bridge between the police and the public and interact in emergency and crises situations. Any other duties assigned pertaining to operations of PPIC3 Centre from time to time.

Pay Package

Salary Rs.60000/per Month all inclusive.

Basic Requirements

• Age limit for male (21-25) years and for females (21-28)years on last date of advertisement.
• Domicile: Punjab
• BCS, BBA-IT, BS Telecom, MBA-IT, MCS, MSc IT, or IT related 16 years education.
• Typing speed of minimum 30 wpm.
• Proficient in use of MS office.
• English and Urdu Communication Skills(spoken & written)
• Experience of Police Department, IT projects or call center will be preferred.
